'Out of Bounds' is an ear candy selection of music styles that flows seamlessly as a great collection of moving instrumental and thematic songs.
Constantly surprising with intricate electronic styles, ambient feels, soaring symphonics, acoustic guitars, background drums and unexpected sounds that never overpower the message of the music.
Tracks like 'Love in the Mountains' and 'Oceans' are inspiring and sweeping soundtrack style music. You really will think you've been swept up and transported to an inspiring place.
Others like 'Discovery' and 'Hood' rev up the adrenaline with unexpected style changes within the song, jolting you back to reality, only to let you go again.
Mellow acoustic guitar tracks like 'Silver River' have more substance than mellow; and take you through changing rhythms to where ever you want to be.
The title track, 'Out of Bounds' puts you in any place but a state of sleep and you'd wish it was double the length for its' ability to take you through a range of musical emotions and eclectic flow.

This offering is a far more sophisticated, polished and varietal collection of tracks from this superb musician & innovative songwriter/composer. This is not your everyday New Age Schlock we're talking about here.... nothing's going to relax you to sleep.
The title track, 'Faithless Masque', is intricate and surprising. An eclectic mixture of pace, styles & instruments without being complicated for the sake of it. A mad keyboard solo highlights the core of the track.
'Out of the Black' is soothing until some physychotic guitar let's you know you can run but you can't hide and it becomes anything but soothing.... a little Pink Floydish and superbly done.
'Seeking East' is the spiritual heart of the CD and it may become yours. It's funky, hopeful, catchy and simple and that may be the real beauty of it.
'Aquatic Drift' is a similar feeling but more sexy & mellifluous track. 'Winter of Hearts' is a breathtaking Classicalesque Symphonic piece, beautifully constructed, whilst 'On The Edge' and 'City Flight' are just damn good instrumental rock.
'City Flight' was done with the help of guest guitarist Graham Porter.
'Dead Choir's Crypt' is seductive and thematic with the whole collection rounded out nicely with a funky World Fusion jazz feeling number in 'Stack Track'.
This is a CD to keep coming back to... nothing boring and formula about this stuff.
